At Mo-mentum Performance, we combine the expertise of a Division I Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Doctor of Physical Therapy to deliver training that builds stronger, more resilient athletes and individuals. While we don’t operate physical therapy yet, we offer expert rehabilitation programming to bridge the gap between injury and performance, ensuring every client moves and trains with confidence. Our mission is to provide science-driven, high-quality, and accessible programming for anyone ready to make real changes in their life — from tactical professionals and young athletes to strength competitors and everyday individuals looking to move, feel, and perform at their best. Our vision is to create a community where everyone, regardless of background or starting point, has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to build long-term strength, durability, and capability. Through online, expertly designed training, Mo-mentum Performance empowers you to become the strongest, most resilient version of yourself — for life, for sport, and for whatever challenges come next.

John Morris

John Morris enters his second season with Army West Point Football in 2025. He brings experience from North Texas, Ohio State, and Harvard to the Black Knights’ strength and conditioning program. A sports science–driven coach with a background across elite collegiate environments, he returned to West Point after first interning with the program in 2021, bringing a sharper, more advanced skill set with him. Morris is certified through the NSCA CSCS, USAW-1, and FRC systems, blending strength, mobility, and performance technology into his coaching approach. He holds both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Merrimack College.

Julia Morris

Julia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background rooted in strength, movement, and high-performance rehab. She earned her doctorate from Tufts University and her bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College, gaining clinical experience across the country in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and inpatient rehabilitation. A former powerlifter with a passion for women’s strength training, Julia brings a sharp, movement-focused eye to every individual she works with. She is currently developing a comprehensive pregnancy and postpartum training program designed to keep women strong, confident, and capable through every phase of motherhood.
