1. General Base Programs
Designed for individuals without specific injuries or exercise limitations. These programs follow a structured, proven progression and provide everything you need to train effectively without modifications.

2. Customized Programs (+)
Programs marked with a (+) allow for personalized adjustments based on your goals, injuries, pain, or any unique requirements. With these upgraded options, you can:

  • Add an additional training day

  • Modify your weekly training split

  • Request exercise substitutions or movement changes

  • Get direct access to a coach for ongoing adjustments

These options ensure your program aligns perfectly with your needs—whether you're training pain-free or navigating specific limitations.
